Full Refund And Return Policy Details

• To cancel your subscription, you can cancel directly in your customer portal. If you need assistance, it is necessary to contact our customer support team. This can be done by sending an email to our support email address. Once your request has been received, our team will promptly cancel your subscription. Please note that you will receive a series of emails prior to the subscription renewal date; if you do not cancel your subscription before your order is shipped, you will not qualify for a return or refund.

• Cancellations must be submitted via your Customer Portal before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center. If you do not have an account yet, please register. (Important: email must match the one you placed your order with.)

• Returns must be initiated within 90 days of order delivery. 

• Only ship your return to us after contacting and receiving approval from customer support.

• If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us, and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.

• If you do not like House of Wise, products must be fully intact and unopened. Upon our instruction, the remaining items must be returned to our facility in original condition to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping fees from USPS may apply.

• We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees from USPS may apply. 

• When initiating a return, take a photo of the received package with the order slip and attach it to your return request when contacting us via email. This will help us see the stage in which the order arrived. We appreciate your help and feedback to help us to improve.

• Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed upon approval.
