We offer Priority Shipping [2-5 Business Days] on all orders through USPS and same-day fulfillment on weekdays.
Shipping Policy Details:
- All orders qualify for $5 Priority Shipping (2-5 Business Days) shipping through USPS.
- We strive to offer same-day fulfillment on most weekdays, excluding holidays. If you order on Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
- Orders from House of Wise always ship in discreet packaging.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Please contact us if your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival. We will provide a full refund or return upon reasonable proof.
- Cancellations must be submitted via your Customer Portal before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center. If you do not have an account with us, please look in your inbox; there should be an invitation. If you can't find the invitation email, please register. (Important: email must match the one you placed your order with.)
- If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, call or visit your local USPS and provide them with your tracking number.
- House of Wise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after handing it to the carrier.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume seasons. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
